Round I - The Brief
Limitless is a revolutionary CX provider with 5,000 experts across 25 countries supporting over 200 brands. Their award-winning GigCX platform harnesses brand advocates to provide remote customer support worldwide.
Limitless needed a complete brand refresh. As a market leader with plans to grow, Limitless wanted to ensure its vision, mission and values reflected who they are and where they are going.
Round II - The Brawl
First, we conducted several brand discovery sessions with UK and US teams. From these conversations, we began to underpin the core purpose of Limitless - defining its audience and value proposition and reviewing close competition to differentiate and position the brand correctly.
Once the research was complete, we created several directions for the brands’ development based on the research findings and discussions with key stakeholders. These were presented back and developed further until every detail was on point.
Round III - K.O.
The outcome? A refreshed and updated brand that’s modern, ownable and, most importantly, that the client loves. Deliverables included a brand positioning strategy, brand guidelines, tone of voice, brand playbook, website design and development, sales collateral, and assets for use across social and digital channels - to name a few!
