Round I - The Brief
Abbeyfield provides housing for people in later life across the UK and internationally. The main objectives were to refresh the brand and implement it across digital channels to increase leads, new residents, and new staff.
Round II - The Brawl
We began the comprehensive brand project with a thorough brand assessment, refresh and repositioning, which refocused and defined the Abbeyfield offering.
We introduced a new brand image, tone of voice and messaging that represents Abbeyfield’s ethos of caring and community. We then implemented the refreshed brand identity in many campaigns, including recruitment and Christmas, to attract talent and engage prospects.
Round III - K.O.
The brand refresh brought Abbeyfield up to date with a consistent focus on community and care. As a result, Abbeyfield saw a 33.7% increase in unique visitors to their recruitment website, a considerable boost considering the national shortage of care workers.
The Christmas campaign was an overwhelming success, with massive levels of participation. Over 40 houses were made nationwide, with photos of staff and residents shared across social media.
