POSITION OVERVIEW 

We are hiring a Social & Content Strategist to join our Leeds-based creative team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role sits within a multidisciplinary creative department that brings together expertise in design, animation, copywriting, and post-production, offering the opportunity to contribute to a broad and varied client portfolio. 

 

In this position, you will play a central role in shaping and delivering content and social strategies. Working collaboratively with clients, project leads, and creative specialists, you will be responsible for turning insight-driven thinking into compelling, performance-focused campaigns. You will plan and deliver content across multiple touchpoints, including websites, social platforms, and blogs, using a combination of written content, visual assets, and video to drive meaningful engagement at every stage of the customer journey. 

 

This role is suited to a strategic and innovative creative who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You will be expected to take ownership of content planning and execution, contribute original thinking, and adapt confidently to a wide variety of briefs. Strong organisational skills, clear communication, and the ability to balance creativity with strategic objectives are essential. 

 

You will also oversee the ongoing management of brand-aligned content across integrated channels, ensuring consistency, relevance, and impact. Responsibilities include developing campaign frameworks, conducting audience and market research, evaluating performance data, refining content based on insights, and aligning all activity with defined business goals. 

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS: 

  • Previous experience working within a creative agency or similar environment, with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience. 

  • Demonstrated experience delivering successful, high-impact social strategies. 

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, both independently and as part of a wider team, while effectively managing workload and keeping the projects team informed. 

  • Confidence in leading client calls and meetings. 

  • Experience collaborating with the wider creative team to ensure ideas are informed by insights, data, platform knowledge, and social best practice. 

  • Familiarity with social management and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret analytics, report on performance, and present findings to clients. 

  • A proactive and creative thinker with strong ideas, who actively explores how existing clients can benefit from new techniques and tools. 

  • A strong interest in, and understanding of, current industry trends, with a continual focus on identifying new ways to support both clients and the agency. 

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Eligible to work in the UK. 

  • You will be working full-time in the office alongside our experienced team - from client services and production through to our creative and studio teams. 

  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines during peak periods. 

  • Fluent in English. Both written and spoken. 

  • Strong communicator able to manage both client and team expectations and timelines. 

  • Punctual and reliable.
