The challenge
The main objectives were to refresh the brand and implement it across digital channels to increase leads, new residents, and new staff.
We began the comprehensive brand project with a thorough brand assessment, refresh and repositioning, which refocused and defined the Abbeyfield offering.
The solution
We refreshed Abbeyfield's brand image, tone, and the messaging to reflect their caring, community focused ethos.
This new identity was implemented across recruitment and Christmas campaigns, leading to a 33.7% increase in unique visitors to their recruitment site, despite the national care worker shortage.
