The challenge

Brawl has worked with Abbeyfield on a number of projects and campaigns, including the redevelopment of their branding. 

The main objectives were to refresh the brand and implement it across digital channels to increase leads, new residents, and new staff. We began the comprehensive brand project with a thorough brand assessment, refresh and repositioning, which refocused and defined the Abbeyfield offering.

The solution

We refreshed Abbeyfield's brand image, tone, and messaging to reflect their caring, community-focused ethos. This new identity was implemented across recruitment and Christmas campaigns, leading to a 33.7% increase in unique visitors to their recruitment site, despite the national care worker shortage. 

Aside from the branding development and creative direction, Brawl has worked with Abbeyfield on a number of Christmas campaigns, some which saw the involvement of over 40 care homes with Abbeyfield's take on 'Elf on the Shelf'.
